1. Trash and garbage:
All owners are responsible for their own trash removal when the care taker is not available. If you choose to compost, you must do so in a secure area. Retain construction debris at your cottage until a burn pile is organized.
2. Spring water hookup:
Due to the 2024 winter storm, this service is not available. All owners must collect and maintain their own water supply until the infrastructure is fixed. This includes water supply for the faucets and the toilets.
3. Water:
DO NOT DRINK the tap water in the cottages as it is rainwater taken from the roof. Cottage owners are responsible for obtaining their own drinking water.
4. Toilets:
a. The sewage system requires careful management because it is sensitive. The system works by promoting growth of microorganisms. If their growth is inhibited, the waste will not be properly treated. The following simple rules are designed to ensure that this does not happen.
b. In the toilets you may put only toilet paper and what you have eaten. The sewage system cannot digest anything else that is non-bio-degradable in nature including but not limited to:
